Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at winnerclub. Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes:

• An active and accessible email address

Know Your Customer (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include a clear copy of your MyKad or passport and a selfie for identity verification. The terms relating to deposits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: MYR 30 or as specified by the limit set for each payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your WinnerClub account.
• Deposits from third-party sources, including deposits made on behalf of another person, are not permitted.
• Winnerclub does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply fees on their end.
• Deposits suspected of originating from illegal sources may be frozen pending investigation.

WinnerClub reserves the right to decline deposits from sources that cannot be verified or that appear suspicious, without the need to provide detailed justification.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the WinnerClub account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 30 (or as per the selected method's limit).
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the selected method.
• No withdrawal fees are charged by WinnerClub.
• KYC must be approved before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• An OTP code is required to verify every withdrawal request.

WinnerClub reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending the completion of an investigation if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to gameplay inconsistent with normal patterns, suspicious wagering, or suspected money laundering.

Winnerclub offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (wagering requirement) that vary per offer and must be fully met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

General terms relating to bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms.

Closure by User: Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the WinnerClub support team. Prior to closure, all balances eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the applicable terms.

Closure by WinnerClub: winnerclub reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Collusion, use of bots, or technical exploitation
• Duplicate accounts or bonus system abuse
• User found to be under 18 years of age

In the event of account closure due to serious violations, WinnerClub reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances without compensation.

Winnerclub provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times. Occasional technical disruptions may occur, and we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be considered severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue to apply in full.
